    Essential Collection and Autoreplenish

    What are the benefits of choosing autoreplenish for my Essential Collection?

    Choose the autoreplenish option when you order the Essential Collection and you’ll enjoy a 20% savings! Each month, you’ll receive a 30-day supply of Multi Plus, Whole Food Shake, and Greens + Vitality.

    You can choose autoreplenish on any of our other products as well and receive a 10% discount. No need to worry about running out or having to shop for more!

    How much does the Essential Collection cost?

    The Essential Collection consists of 5 core products: our Whole Food Shake, our Greens + Vitality, and our Multi Plus, which includes a multivitamin, a probiotic, and an omega 3.

    The Essential Collection is priced at $250, but if you choose the autoreplenish option, you’ll receive all the products for $200. Plus, you’ll get some lovely bonus gifts and free access to the N+B Life app.

    Do I get a tote and a water bottle in every order?

    The tote and bottle are free, one-time gifts to you for using autoreplenish to purchase our Essential Collection. However, if you choose to order the Essential Collection without the autoreplenish option, you’ll continue to get the bag and the bottle.

    When will I be billed for my autoreplenish?

    You’ll be billed every 30 days from the day of your initial order.

    When will I receive my package?

    If you take advantage of our FREE standard shipping, you should expect your Essential Collection within 3-5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be delivered upon ordering, along with package tracking.

    Can I pause or cancel autoreplenish?

    You can pause or cancel your autoreplenish order within 48 hours of your designated ship date. Just go to “autoreplenish” under your account settings. Choose “hold,” and we’ll stop sending you product for 30 days. Choose “cancel” to cancel your autoreplenish.

    Can I modify my autoreplenish order?

    We ship orders the same day they’re placed. So, if you’d like to modify your autoreplenish order, please do so within 48 hours prior to your designated ship date. Go to “My Autoreplenish” under your account settings and click “view/edit.” You can modify each product from there.

    How often will I receive the Essential Collection?

    You will receive a shipment every 30 days. It’s a little like magic!

    Can I modify the contents of my Essential Collection order?

    The Essential Collection will always be Multi Plus, Greens +Vitality, and Whole Food Shake. You can swap flavors or serving size options whenever you’d like.

    Go to “My Autoreplenish” under your account settings and click “view/edit.” You can modify each product from there.

    Can I add or subtract products to my autoreplenish order?

    Outside of flavors and serving size types, you cannot modify the Essential Collection. However, you can add products to your orders at any time.

     

    Do I get a 20% discount on any product I choose to autoreplenish?

    The 20% discount only applies to the Essential Collection. All other products will have a 10% discount.

    Account and Payment Issues

    What is your privacy policy?

    You can read our privacy policy at the bottom of any page of our website.

    I forgot my password. How do I change my password?

    Under “Login/signup” click “lost your password?” You’ll be prompted from there.

    What if I move and need to change my address? How do I update my billing information?

    Easy! Log in and click “account.” From there, you can edit your billing or shipping address.

    How do I update my credit card?

    Log in and click “account.” From there, you can update your credit card

    What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

    Order and Shipping Issues

    How much does shipping cost?

    Standard shipping is free on all orders! Cost of overnight and two-day shipping is based on the size and weight of your shipment. This cost will be clearly listed at checkout.

    Where does N+B ship?

    We ship anywhere in the United States and its territories. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

    Will I get an email before you ship? How do I track my order?

    We’ll send you a confirmation email and another to let you know when your goodies have shipped. The latter will contain tracking information.

    How do I use my coupon code?

    At checkout, you’ll see a spot where you may enter your promotional code. Just copy your code into that box to claim your savings.

    I didn’t receive my box. Was my order cancelled? I still haven’t received my box?

    Tracking is available on all orders. If you can’t find your order, or it gets lost, please let us know at info@nourishandbloom.com.

    What happens if I receive a damaged box?

    Take a photo of the box and send it to info@nourishandbloom.com along with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to make it right!

    Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    If you choose standard 3-5 day shipping, yes. However, our overnight carrying company FedEx does not.

    What is N+B's refund policy?

    If you’re unsatisfied with your product, please email us at info@nourishandbloom.com.

    What is the return or exchange policy?

    For safety reasons, we do not do returns or exchanges.

    Can I cancel my autoreplenish order?

    Yes. In your account, go to “my subscriptions.” Click “cancel.” If you have trouble, please email us at info@nourishandbloom.com.

    N+B Life App

    How do I access the N+B Life App?

    You will receive access the N+B Life App with any purchase.

    To log into the app and access the full library of content, you’ll use your N+B account email address and password.

    If I cancel my Essential Collection or autoreplenish order, do I still have access to the N+B Life App?

    Yes. Once you’ve been given access to N+B Life, you’ll have lifetime access to our constantly-updated library of content, and continued support on your wellness journey!

    How often do you update the N+B Life app with new content?

    We want you to bloom with new knowledge as often as possible! We’re committed to making monthly additions to our app.

    N+B Products

    Are your products gluten-free?

    Yes!

    Are your products made without soy, peanuts, or other tree nuts?

    All of our products are soy-free and made without tree nuts. Some of our products have been made in a facility that makes other products that may contain soy or nuts. However, all of our manufacturers are committed to a stringent sanitizing process that upholds the N+B product standards.

    All of our products have been tested to ensure compliance with our brand standards. We are devoted to your safety and want you to feel confident in your purchases.

    Does your omega / fish oil contain shellfish or krill?

    Our main sources of omega-3 rich oil are salmon, herring, mackerel, smelt, sardine, and anchovy. The diversity of sources is part of what allows our product to have a certification from Friend of the Sea. There is no shellfish or krill in the product. Shellfish is one of the “big 8” allergens and was intentionally avoided.

    Are your products all-natural?

    We’re committed to making products made from whole foods whenever possible. We don’t use artificial flavors, sweeteners, or fillers.

    Our products are sweetened with Stevia and monk fruit, and colored with vegetable and fruit juice!

    Are your products organic?

    Our products contain organic ingredients whenever possible. Our teas are certified organic.

    Are your products vegetarian? Vegan?

    All are vegan except our Beauty Blend Chews, which contain gelatin, and Multi Plus, which contains fish oil and a probiotic.

    Why can’t I see the nutrition panel for the package I bought?

    We default to our single-serve packets. Don’t worry, the nutrition in one serving size of any of our products is equal to what’s in one individual packet.

    Should I refrigerate my products?

    No need, but it’s recommended that you store everything in a cool, dry place.

    Are your products manufactured in the U.S.A.?

    Every single one!

    Should I take my supplements with food?

    Most of our products are fine to consume without food, but we recommend taking Multi Plus with a meal that contains fat and no caffeine. We also recommend taking Metabolism Boost 30 minutes after breakfast and lunch.

    Why are N+B products better than what I’d buy at a drugstore?

    We want to give you the best! N+B was specifically formulated with women in mind. We’re committed to our brand standards of producing non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, and all-natural products.

    N+B uses the highest quality form of every ingredient and each product is made with dosages that have been shown to be effective. We don’t cut corners or spare expenses.

    Product innovation is important to us. We’re always in the process of research and development. Our goal is to have fresh products and flavors out to you at least a few times per year.

    How are your products sweetened?

    When developing our products, we did lots of taste testing to come up with flavors we knew you’d love. We use what we call “sweetener systems” because the amounts and types of sweeteners changes based on the desired flavor, sweetness, and calorie and carb content for each and every product. Because we wanted to focus on healthy carbs and higher protein formulas, we’ve opted to use low- or no-calorie sweeteners, like Stevia and monk fruit than sugar.

    Stevia is a small shrub. Its leaves have been dried and used to sweeten food and medicines for centuries.  There are molecules called “steviol glycosides” in the plant’s leaves that taste sweet. (Fun fact: you can even grow your own stevia plant and muddle the leaves in teas to naturally sweeten them!) One challenge of Stevia is that there are some bitter notes that come along with the sweetness. Sometimes, the bitterness works with the other flavor combinations in each product. Other times, we need to combine Stevia with other sweeteners (like monk fruit) to hide those bitter notes.

    Monk fruit has been grown by monks in southern China for hundreds of years. In terms of commercialization, it is a bit newer to the scene than Stevia. The sweet compounds in monk fruit are called “mogrosides,” which can be isolated from the carb/sugar containing parts of the fruit to provide the non-caloric sweetener. You may see monk fruit labeled as “monk fruit extract” or “lo han guo extract” on a label.

    Are the N+B products safe to take while I'm pregnant or nursing?

    Our Whole Food Shake, Multi Plus, and Vegan Protein Snack Bars are great options for pregnant and nursing women!

    How are your ingredients "clinically tested?"

    First, we placed great emphasis on the use of clinically studied ingredients. By doing so, we ensure that we are using ingredients proven to work. For example, the lutein in our multivitamin has been studied in multiple clinical studies, proving that it has benefits for eye and skin health. We know that companies willing to make an investment in clinical research on their ingredients take their supply chain and quality very seriously. Also, when we use these clinically studied ingredients, we use the dosage used in the clinical studies.

    Second, we work only with the highest quality manufacturers that use cGMP processes. The raw materials in our products are subject to a rigorous qualification process, and all raw materials are tested upon receipt into the manufacturing facility to ensure identity, with other tests for potency and purity being conducted as appropriate. There are even tests for quality done during the manufacturing process.

    Third, after our products are manufactured, our products are tested to ensure that there is no microbial contamination. They are sent to a 3rd party lab (Covance) to ensure that our nutrition or supplement facts panels are accurate. Covance also tests for heavy metal contamination and shelf life/stability.
